How do I place an order?

Register for an account with your email and order the items you want (just like a regular retail store). At the moment, we only accept Cordial Credits as payment. Make sure you have enough Cordial Credits in your account before you order. Once you submit your order, you’ll receive an order and shipping confirmation. Look out for your shipment within 1–2 weeks depending on your location. International orders may experience longer shipping times. 

Do Cordial Credits have monetary value?

No, they carry no monetary value. Cordial Credits are only available to Cordialites and our select network.

If I run out of credits, can I just buy a product instead?

Not at this time. Items can only be purchased using Cordial Credits. 

Can I return or exchange merch purchased from the brand store? 

We are not able to accommodate returns at this time. If you received the wrong item, have a size issue, or other concern—please reach out to us at shop@cordial.ly and we will do our best to resolve it with you. 

Where is my package?

Please respond to your order confirmation email and a team member will look into your order. Alternatively, you can fill out the contact form—include your name, email address and order number.
